Delivery to UK

• Standard delivery service is free of charge and tracked. Courier aims to deliver to all items within 48 hours from dispatch.
• Standard free service is with Royal Mail.
• Premium delivery services available with Royal Mail for a small surcharge.
• Please follow the tracking provided and contact us if you do not receive your parcel. 

Delivery - International

• We are currently only accepting international orders via our Ebay shop. Please find the link on the About Us page. You are not required to have an Ebay account to order an item. The cost of any item will include delivery and tax due in your location.

Returns

• You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange for a different size or model. We only accept items in original condition (new, unused with original packaging including box, tags, paper etc.). Any used or damaged items will not qualify for a refund or an exchange. Please be advised we do not accept items with mud stains so we recommend you try the item at home beforehand. If you choose to use our return service you will need access to a printer.

• There is a £8 postage charge if you would like us to provide a delivery label which we will deduct from the total refund owed to you. We will ask for your consent before issuing a delivery label. You will need access to a printer for this return option and are required to drop-off the parcel to your local Royal Mail delivery office. 
• Alternatively you can arrange the return of the parcel. We recommend you send the parcel tracked or signed for as we can only issue a refund upon receipt. 
• All items will be checked prior to a refund being issued.
